Sr Business Development Executive - Urgent

To qualify as a suitable candidate you will

  1. Have a proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organisations
  2. Have a strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
  3. Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
  4. Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion
  5. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients
  6. Have great proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills
  7. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organisational and interpersonal skills
  8. Have completed at least Bachelors Degree or MBA

As Business Development Executive you will

  1. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Company’s plans.
  2. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
  3. Generate high quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
  4. Write compelling business proposals
  5. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
  6. Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
  7. Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect agency ambassador while networking
  8. Keep up-to-date and maintain a strong knowledge on all things digital
  9. Demonstrate initiative and drive
  10. Travel as required

Digital Marketing - Internship

Below are the roles and responsibilities for the interns

  1. Working on search engine optimization: Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.
  2. Working on on-page, off-page optimization, and social media optimization and submission
  3. Performing keyword research, optimization, and submission of company web properties to all major search engines
  4. Monitoring rankings and traffic, generate reports when necessary, and continually work to improve results
  5. Working on SEO management, internet marketing, Web 2.0 Marketing, blog marketing, social media marketing, article marketing, and press releases
  6. Managing all web promotions
  7. Working on backlinks building and grow online web traffic on a daily basis
